Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what you enter in the waiting list form: your e-mail and the selected segment (trips, running and trail, hiking), plus a record of your consent to e-mails: the text version, language and time. To tell sources apart we save the address of the report page you came from and UTM tags. We know nothing else about you.
Why
Only to write to you about the Trailnotes launch and project news. The address is not shared with third parties and not used for anything else.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Supabase — a database in the EU (Frankfurt): stores the e-mail, segment and consent record.
- Cloudflare — page delivery and spam protection (Turnstile). Visit statistics — Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies and no personal data.
- Sentry — technical error reports, servers in the EU: no e-mail addresses, IP addresses, cookies or form contents.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after the MVP launch or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, ask what data we hold about you and have it deleted: write to yuriev.sv@gmail.com.
