  4. Cell Phone (Just started taking)
  5. First Aid Kit / Sun Screen
  6.  Knife
  7. Matches
  8. Extra Clothes
  9. Headlamp
  10. Hat

(1.35 miles).  I didn’t see many birds but I did see a few people using the trail (biking, rollerblading and walking).  The majority of the trail is in the sun but did have some nice shady areas.  I enjoyed the views and my time outside.
