			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="mceTemp">I went on a short 2.79 mile round trip walk last weekend on the <a title="Park and Recreation Irving TX" href="http://www.ci.irving.tx.us/parks-and-recreation/" target="_blank">Campion Trail</a> in the City of Irving Texas.  I started at the Bird&#8217;s Fort Trail Park entrance at 5756 Riverside Dr.   I walked north toward the Spring Trail Park entrance until I reached  Royal Ln. (1.35 miles).  I didn&#8217;t see many birds but I did see a few people using the trail (biking, rollerblading and walking).  The majority of the trail is in the sun but did have some nice shady areas.  I enjoyed the views and my time outside. </div>
